UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH INITIATIVE

I was granted funding by Michigan State University’s College of Arts and Letters to work with d’Ann de Simone, artist and professor, to prepare for de Simone’s Solo Exhibition, textilis mnēmosynē, at the A.I.R. Gallery in Brooklyn, NY. I collaborated with Kelly Salchow MacArthur, graphic designer and professor, to create de Simone’s exhibition catalog and solely created the exhibition card. In addition to working for de Simone, I created and presented original work at the University Undergraduate Research and Arts Forum (UURAF) where I won first place in the Visual and Performing Arts Category for my lecture and accompanying work, She Wears It Well.
